The Continuous Leader

Leadership Developmentco

Independent of the other three courses, this course is designed as continuous training to support our existing corporate clients and those who have at least completed the LeaderCO I course, in continuing to develop and embody the PerformanceCO approach in their daily lives.

The in-depth study and practice of the PerformanceCO methodology through the participants' concrete and specific challenges
Customised modules according to the needs and desires of the participants

Commitment to 6 monthly group sessions of 1½ hours each via video conference (via ZOOM)
Possibility of renewing every 6 months for a new route (Note – I moved it just below section 1^Are point because they go together
