In two years, with one monthly individual and collective coaching session for each member of the leadership team, the company achieved unprecedented leadership in its markets.

The leadership team rallied around a transformative management concept: the company's global leadership was transferred to the team, putting this collective in a position to also be number one worldwide. In parallel, each individual undertook a personal transformation with the help of coaching from the Connexion TIP team. Several two-day sessions, both in France and abroad over a year, facilitated this collective transformation.

Built in Quebec in the 1960s through audacity and innovation, the company had lost its entrepreneurial verve. Its growth was stable, with few or no new products on the market. The shift undertaken 3 years prior to reconnect with innovation was yielding mixed results.
After
Disruptive innovation is at the heart of the company's vision. A strategy has been rolled out, guided by new ambitions. This has resulted in significant product innovations for customers and process innovations for the company. The portfolio of new products is being launched, and the business units, normally independent, are now linked by a sustainable commitment to innovation.
What have we implemented?
On the one hand, the leaders initiated the new strategy. On the other hand, the two innovation leaders prompted the leaders to put innovation at the forefront, even as a priority, with strategic and operational leaders across several divisions. Unprecedented! Monthly one-to-one and group meetings guided the transformation, and everyone re-engaged with a disruptive mindset in terms of time, objectives, market, and products.

Human Resources did not have a common HR programme across all countries. They were not leveraging the international power or the size of the company. Times for regular exchange between global HR managers were dedicated to sharing best practices.
After
HR has become a global team of connected individuals, united by a common goal: to secure the best talent for key leadership roles and, to this end, to increase the number of internal promotions. We have succeeded in aligning the entire organisation with this objective and in creating the necessary tools. Finally, HR has succeeded in gaining the support of senior executives at the highest level of the company and in forging a different kind of relationship with them. The metrics have shown the results: employee engagement, for example, quickly exceeded 75 %.
What have we implemented?
The connection of the ten team members from the four corners of the globe was essential, thanks to the creation of meaningful personal and professional links. Declaring an ambitious future, collective ownership of a shared agenda, and then establishing a common language and framework for working effectively together, and with the leaders, were equally important.

The Customer Service department achieved an unrivalled level of performance for a cost centre and contributed to the company’s profitability. Not only did it meet the required level of cost reduction, but it exceeded it (-25 % compared with the target set), whilst also improving customer satisfaction by 20% and increasing staff engagement by +20%.
