There are no prerequisites for this training. However, this training is aimed at managers who wish to develop their leadership skills.

13.5 hours (10 hours collectively and 3 hours individually)

Terms and conditions of access

At least 48 hours before the first module, the following must be completed:

Online registration
The MANDATORY meeting with the trainer
The expectations gathering questionnaire

Assessment Methods

Upstream positioning test: expectations gathering questionnaire.
Tracking tool (COBOARD) to be completed and sent to the trainer after each module, thus allowing their understanding and application of the concepts covered during the sessions to be monitored.
Assessment of learning/skills linked to the defined operational objectives: post-training assessment questionnaire.
Qualitative training satisfaction assessment form (immediate).

Since all training will be conducted remotely using the ZOOM video conferencing platform, access to a computer with a camera and a stable internet connection will be required.
