The Continuous Leaderco

Independent of the three others, this path is designed as continuous training to support our business customers, as well as those who will have completed at least path I of the LeaderCO.
It is built to continue developing and embodying the PerformanceCO approach in their day-to-day

  • A deeper dive and practice of the PerformanceCO methodology through participants’ concrete and specific challenges.
  • COstumized modules based on the needs, and desires of the participants.
  • The development of an international network of disruptive Leaders.

STRUCTURE

  • Commitment to six (6) monthly collective sessions of 1 ½ hours each by visioconference (via ZOOM)
  • Possibility to renew every six (6) months for a new path.
  • Peer-to-peer exchanges between each group session.
  • Choice of program in French or English.

MODULES

  1. All modules will be COstomized based on the needs and desires of the participants, and determined at the start of the path for each of the groups.
  2. Each module will be a mix made up of presentations of the concepts determined at the start of the path, along with their practical application.
  3. The application of the concepts through a concrete commitment to be achieved over a period of six (6) months.

SPIRIT

This atypical training program will simultaneously bring together a group of managers/leaders from all types of companies from around the world via the technology of the ZOOM platform to allow them to dare to be, and become, the leader they want to be AND at the same time become a “learning network.”

  • Practical, concrete and operational program integrating several schools of thought and conceptual approaches.
  • Open place for CO-learning and CO-experimentation of new professional practices and strategies, with theoretical input and tool sharing.
  • Positive confrontation of different practices, while respecting diversity.
  • Network of interpersonal exchanges and professional support.

ETHICS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality is a basic rule that applies to:

  • the work and sharing done by each participant;
  • any reference to the companies and the work of the participants.

PREREQUISITES

While there are no prerequisites, this training is intended for managers wishing to develop their leadership skills.

DURATION

13.5 hours (10.5 hours collectively and 3 hours individually)

TERMS AND TIME OF ACCESS

At least 48 hours before the first module, the following must be completed:

  • Online registration
  • The MANDATORY interview with the trainer
  • The questionnaire on the participant’s expectations

EVALUATION PROCEDURES

  • Questionnaire on the participants’ expectations for the program
  • Monitoring tool (COBOARD) to be completed and sent to the trainer after each of the modules to monitor the understanding and application of the concepts covered during the sessions.
  • Assessment of learning/skills linked to defined operational objectives: Learning assessment questionnaire at the end of the training.
  • Qualitative evaluation form of the level of satisfaction with training.

ACCESSIBILITY

Given the training will be done remotely using ZOOM video conferencing platform, access to a computer with a camera and a good internet connection are required.
