2.General conditions of use of the site and services offered.
The use of the Site implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the Site invited to consult them regularly.
This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption due to technical maintenance can, however, be decided by CONNEXION TIP, which will then endeavor to communicate before users the dates and times of the intervention.

3.Description of the services provided.
The purpose of the Site is to provide information concerning all the activities of the Company.
CONNEXION TIP strives to provide the Site as accurate information as possible. However, CONNEXION TIP cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, and deficiencies in the update, whether by CONNEXION TIP or the third-party partners who provide this information.
All the information indicated on the Site are given as an indication and are likely to evolve. Furthermore, the information on the Site is not exhaustive. They are given subject to modifications having been made since they went online.
4. Contractual limitations on technical data.
The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent equipment, not containing any viruses and with a browser of the last generation up-to-date.
5. Intellectual property and counterfeits.

CONNEXION TIP cannot be held responsible for the direct and indirect damages caused to the equipment of the user, during the access to the Site, and resulting either from the use of an equipment not answering the specifications specified in point 4, i.e. the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
CONNEXION TIP cannot also be held responsible for consequential damages (such as for example a loss of market or loss of a chance) consecutive to the use of the Site.

CONNEXION TIP reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate the applicable law in France, especially the provisions relating to data protection. 7.Management of personal data.
In France, personal data is protected in particular by the law no. 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, the law no. 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

In any case, CONNEXION TIP collects personal data about the user only for the need of certain services offered by the Site.
