When I say that, most leaders look at me with a big question mark. Really? Today? I profoundly believe that extraordinary performance, the kind that will make the difference once everyone has AI, will be human. A human connected to themselves, to others, to the challenges of the world.
This is why, in 2009, I created Connexion TIP in Paris, then opened our offices in Quebec in 2016, as well as a branch in Bangkok. An incredible ambition: to create a constellation of leaders and coaches dedicated to a new, sustainable, and equitable global economy. From this were born the COLEADs events, the I’mPossible Mission, and various missions with committed leaders like myself… those who dare to create extraordinary performance while remaining authentic and profoundly human.
Organisations can no longer simply adapt; they must transform. And to do that, new leadership is required – one that combines humanity with performance.
