Over 24 years at Sanofi, in various human resources and management roles across different regions of the world, Jorge has always been convinced that people and talent management is the key strategic lever for organisations to achieve sustainable performance; that it must be aligned with business needs and developed with agility and simplicity, anticipating the changing context and constantly evolving new demands.
