Vice-President and General Manager at Novo Nordisk, a pharmaceutical company leading in the fields of diabetes and obesity.
A multicultural leader, driven by a strong purpose, and confident in the feminine difference that brings success.
After obtaining an MBA in Chicago, Lydie had the opportunity to experience what female leadership could look like in the healthcare sector, as well as in the cosmetics and strategic consulting industries. After nearly 25 years in leadership positions at leading companies in many regions of the world (from Eastern Europe to North Africa, via the UK, Spain, Turkey, and France), the main lesson Lydie has learned is this: «Leadership that combines a human touch with teamwork invariably yields positive results!» Come and explore with Lydie what your leadership could be!
