A true catalyst for creativity and collaboration, Nathalia has 20 years of experience in the fields of communication, strategy, management and leadership. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to drive transformational change by coaching, building, and leading teams to structure a vision and execute its implementation.

Before joining Connexion TIP, Nathalia co-developed the impact investing platform for Propulia Capital and coached entrepreneurs. She also worked as General Manager for Yves Rocher in North America, where she led a team of 450 people and oversaw all company operations, from sales to logistics. She recently completed a coaching programme at Co-Active, one of the most experienced coaching schools. She now focuses her energy on change management, organisational transformation, and coaching individuals and teams.

However, it was in Mexico City that Nathalia's career took flight. An entrepreneur at heart, she chose to create a consulting firm specialising in digital communications and services in this American city before obtaining her first master's degree in management from UBC's Sauder School of Business. Since then, she has not missed an opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge with the next generation of business leaders, here in Montreal and elsewhere.
