An entrepreneur across three continents and RNCP-certified coach, Mélanie is the person who turns your vision into reality – because she knows that leadership isn't built on slides, it's grounded in the body and in action. Mélanie began her career as an international entrepreneur, founding companies in Quebec, France, and Australia, before heading up Mousqueton, a teambuilding lab that managed over 100 events annually for groups of 10 to 900 people. Specialising in outdoor coaching and experiential learning, she integrates the body, nature, and movement as drivers of sustainable transformation for leaders and their teams. Holding a Master's in Business Strategy and a trainer in performance and uncertainty management (IUT and Win Sport School), she currently works in individual and group coaching, as well as strategic consulting.
