Elisabeth is passionate about accelerating the performance and development of teams and individuals in international and multicultural environments. She was seduced by the potential offered by Connexion TIP and its disruptive performance approach for understanding business and personal issues, grasping strategy, and deploying it operationally for extraordinary and sustainable results.

She experienced the effects of “Breakthrough Thinking” as a client from 2011 and joined this TIP TOP team, with whom she shares values of openness, co-creation, integrity and kindness.

Perfectly bilingual (English and French), she has worked and lived in Europe, the USA, and Asia, which has given her the opportunity to support the transformation of multicultural businesses.

Her joie de vivre stems from the balance between her professional life and her rich personal life: Elisabeth is the mother of four happy and fulfilled young adults, works on contemporary art projects, and undertakes personal challenges such as the Camino de Santiago (1,600 km walked).
