Many businesses today are hitting a performance glass ceiling after having undergone numerous reorganisations and so-called ‘transformations’ with the latest processes and technologies ensuring everyone stays ‘connected’ – at least digitally. Unfortunately, despite all of their efforts, it seems that no matter what strategy they employ, their performance is far from compensating for all the work they have undertaken. They remain in a business-as-usual mode, improving their performance minimally, while some others seem to be able to hit it off. How come?
