For more than 20 years, Renée has succeeded in a variety of missions set in international and intercultural contexts, thanks to her experience as well as her bicultural background (American and French).

Renée’s true vocation is to help her clients create pleasant but yet solid relationships to collectively lead sustainable projects. She considers it her mission to identify, liberate and amplify her clients’ potential, and create conditions conducive to both individual and collective change.

As an expert in leadership development, Renée guides leaders, managers and experts working in a multicultural and multifunctional environment. She travels from her home in France to bring her support to her clients based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the United States.
To unwind, Renée enjoys Qi-gong, meditation, swimming or walking in the mountains.
