Environmental and societal transformation – a major challenge for HR and General Management
Marie Vézy has over 30 years of experience in operational HR Director and Talent Management roles within major international groups (Thomson, Sage, Heineken, Schneider Electric).
She has worked in business environments undergoing constant transformation and profound cultural change. She is convinced that the quality, diversity, and commitment of employees constitute an inimitable competitive advantage.
A talent scout, Marie is recognised for her ability to spot and nurture the potential of the talents she supports.
For over 6 years, she has been HR Director for Corporate functions, first as HR for HRs, then as HR Director for the Innovation, Strategy and Sustainability teams at the Schneider Electric Group. She will share with us the human challenges and strategic transformations facing her Group, and how HR Directors play a critical role in anticipating and supporting constant change.
