Nathalie’s mission comes down to one idea: reconnecting leaders and their teams to who they truly are, because it is from this human connection that exceptional performance is born, one that feeds the next, again and again.
Passionate about exceptional performance for as long as she can remember, for over 30 years she has enriched a multidimensional approach drawn from Breakthrough, neuroscience, systems thinking, ontological coaching, Gestalt and Radical Innovation Design. She has built an international network of coaches with a single goal: to reach extraordinary performance, and to do it with joy.
Of Québécois origin and bilingual, she sees herself as “the connection” between all the environments of our organizations. Before Connexion TIP: sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble, Revlon and Air Canada, then an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA in international business and marketing at McGill.
