Nathalia del Moral Fleury
A true catalyst for creativity and collaboration, Nathalia brings 20 years of experience in communication, strategy, management and leadership.
Her strength: driving transformational change by coaching and leading teams to structure a vision and execute it. She co-developed Propulia Capital’s impact investing platform and led Yves Rocher in North America (450 people).
Trained in coaching at Co-Active, she focuses her energy on change management, organizational transformation and the coaching of individuals and teams. She holds a master’s degree in management from the Sauder School of Business (UBC).
