Accelerating the performance and development of teams and individuals, in international and multicultural environments, is Élisabeth’s passion.
A client of “Breakthrough Thinking” since 2011, she joined the TIP team around values of sharing, co-creation, integrity and warmth. Fully bilingual, she has worked and lived in Europe, the United States and Asia.
Over 20 years in multinationals (BASF, Unibail-Rodamco, Adecco) and startups, as a senior executive in sales, marketing and HR, including 10 years of coaching. A Professional Certified Coach (ICF), trained at HEC and UT Dallas.
