Privacy policy

Compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés") No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.

1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide to us through our forms, in order to respond to your request:

  • Contact form ("Let's connect" page): name, email, company and role, message, to respond to your request.
  • Registration for CO-LEAD / CO-TIPs sessions: first name, last name, company (optional), email, to manage your registration, send you the confirmation, the event to add to your calendar and the session reminders.
  • "LeaderCO: Mission I'mPossible" application: first name, last name, email, company, role, telephone (optional) and message, to review your application and get back to you.

Technical data (IP address, connection logs) may be recorded automatically by the host for security purposes and the proper operation of the site.

3. Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent (submission of a form), on the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, and on our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and ensuring the security of the site.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended solely for authorized staff of Connexion TIP and for its technical service provider (Limbus Studio), who are bound by confidentiality. Emails are routed via our host (OVH). We never sell, exchange or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for the period necessary to process your request, then for a maximum period of 3 years from our last contact, before being deleted.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@connexiontip.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (for example a session cookie for the private administration area). No audience-measurement, advertising or social-media cookies are placed, and the fonts are hosted locally. No prior consent is therefore required to browse the site. Should an audience-measurement tool be added, a consent banner would be put in place.

By using this site and providing us with your data through our forms, you accept this policy. It may be updated at any time; the date of the last update is authoritative.
